At Peak Profits, we value our customers and want to ensure you're happy with your purchases. Below is our policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Physical Products
We offer a 30-day return policy for physical products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Damages and Issues
If you notice any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective or damaged product, please contact us right away at sales.peakprofits@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and make things right for you.
Digital Products
Please note that refunds are not available for digital products. Because digital products are immediately accessible after purchase, there’s no way to return them.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a physical item, the easiest way is to initiate a return for your original item (if eligible) and then make a new purchase for the replacement. We’ll guide you through it if you need help.
Refunds
For physical product returns, once we’ve received and inspected your item, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take a few extra days to process the refund. If you don’t see it after 15 business days, just let us know at sales.peakprofits@gmail.com, and we’ll look into it for you.
